A child is recovering after falling out a vehicle window in Upper Darby.
First responders were dispatched Tuesday about 7:25 p.m. to West Chester Pike and State Road for a pedestrian struck. Dispatch notes indicated a 6-year-old was injured.
Upper Darby Police Superintendent Timothy Bernhardt said an unrestrained child fell out of the car window.
The child had minor injuries and is recovering, Bernhardt said. It was unclear if any charges would be filed in the incident.
