Israeli Enemy Closes Entrance to Western Countryside of Bethlehem, Demolishes Industrial Facility, & Seizes Bulldozer in Province

Bethlehem – Saba:

The Israeli enemy forces closed on Thursday the entrance to the western countryside in Bethlehem province, West Bank.

Palestinian security sources reported that the occupation forces closed the iron gate below the bridge, near the Al-Khader International Stadium, causing vehicle congestion and depriving citizens of freedom of movement, according to the Palestinian news agency “Wafa”.

It is noted that the Israeli enemy forces have tightened their military measures against the western countryside, including setting up military checkpoints in the Al-Sharafa area and closing main and side roads in the village of Husan.

Meanwhile, the Israeli enemy forces demolished on Thursday an industrial facility in the “Qabr Hilweh” area near the town of Dar Salah, east of Bethlehem, and also seized a bulldozer in the south.

Palestinian security sources reported that the Israeli enemy forces demolished a “lathe” belonging to the Dabash family, under the pretext of lack of licensing.

The sources indicated that the Israeli enemy forces have recently escalated their attacks on the “Qabr Hilweh” area, including demolishing structures and issuing stop-work orders.

The sources added that the Israeli enemy forces seized a bulldozer in the town of Al-Khader, south of Bethlehem, belonging to a citizen.
