NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Council for the Borough of New Bethlehem will consider the enactment of a proposed ordinance, at its regular meeting on June 16, 2026, beginning at 7:00 P.M. at the Alltel Building at 212 Lafayette Street, New Bethlehem, PA 16242. A summary of the proposed ordinance is as follows:
AN ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF NEW BETHLEHEM, COUNTY OF CLARION, COMMONWEALTH OF PENNSYLVANIA, ADOPTING AND APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION OF THE REDBANK VALLEY MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY, AS PROPOSED BY RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF SAID AUTHORITY, TO EXTEND THE EXISTENCE OF THE AUTHORITY FIFTY (50) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THIS ORDINANCE.
