SOUTH WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. – Police officers in South Whitehall Township received a “thank you” in the form of some sweet treats.
Following recent news of the bear capture in South Whitehall that used Dunkin’ donuts to lure the animal into captivity, Dunkin’ surprised South Whitehall Police with a special donut delivery as a gesture of gratitude.
Dunkin’ of Philadelphia delivered donuts and coffee to the police department Friday in the hope they’d enjoy them as much as the bear did.
Additionally, Dunkin’ surprised officers with a gift of free donuts for a year.
