Man pleads guilty to shooting, injuring 3 in Fountain Hill during argument on porch of home | State

FOUNTAIN HILL, Pa. – A man pleaded guilty to shooting three people during an argument on the porch of a home in Fountain Hill.

Anthony Estrella, 19, of Fountain Hill, pleaded guilty Tuesday to three felony counts of Attempted Homicide, according to a news release from the Lehigh County District Attorney’s Office.

The DA’s office said the remaining charges were withdrawn as part of the guilty plea.

Judge Anna-Krisie M. Marks sentenced Estrella to serve 20 to 50 years in state prison, the DA’s office said.

Just before 10 a.m. on July 4, 2025, an argument on the porch of a home in the 900 block of Delaware Avenue led to the shootings, according to the news release.

The investigation revealed that during the argument, two people tried to get Estrella to leave, according to the DA’s office.

The DA’s office said Estrella pulled out a gun and shot three people.

Estrella also accidentally shot himself in the process and had his mother take him to an area hospital, where he was later taken into custody, the DA’s office said.

According to the DA’s office, all three victims had to undergo surgery for their injuries.
