Man with ‘traumatic injuries’ found dead inside garage in Pittsburgh

Pittsburgh Police are investigating the death of a man found inside a garage in the city’s Bloomfield neighborhood.The Allegheny County Medical Examiner has identified the victim as Harold Bauer, 68, of Bloomfield. Pittsburgh Public Safety officials say officers found Bauer in a garage around 7 p.m. Sunday, on Comrie Way with “apparent traumatic injuries.”The medical examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.Detectives with the Violent Crime Unit are investigating this as a suspicious death.
