The Robeson Township resident is a retired educator who worked with students in Chester County Intermediate Unit programs. She advanced from an emotional support teacher to dean of students and ultimately spent her final 12 years as a principal.

Noel succeeds Kevin Boughter, who chose to step down from the post after leading the organization for the past 12 years.

“As we move forward, I am excited to build on the progress made under Kevin Boughter by focusing on growth, strengthening engagement throughout our communities and continuing to share the democratic values that unite us,” Noel said.

Rounding out the committee leadership team are Charles Corbit of Exeter Township, vice chairman; Penny Oulds of Rockland Township, treasurer; and Zelda Yoder of Reading, secretary.

The following executive board members also were elected: Bernice Hines Corbit of Exeter Township, Jess Royer of Spring Township, Jaime Baez of Reading, Samantha Ocasio of Union Township, Vanessa Domico of Centre Township and Crystal Gilmore-Harris of Cumru Township.
