BLAKELY, Pa. (WOLF) — Blakely police are asking for the public’s help to find a man wanted on theft charges stemming from an incident at a local tire business earlier this month.
The Blakely Police Department said 44-year-old Alvie Donald McCane is wanted in connection with a theft reported at Brown’s Mid-Valley Tires on June 1.
Police described McCane as 6 feet tall, about 200 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.
According to police, McCane went to Brown’s Tire claiming he was destitute. Employees provided him with a tire at no cost, but police said he later stole tools from the business.
Police said McCane is currently operating a 2006 yellow Chevy Cobalt.
