The Erie Otters will open their 2026-27 home schedule on Saturday, Sept. 26, when they welcome the OHL and Memorial Cup champion Kitchener Rangers to Erie Insurance Arena. The game will start at 6:00 p.m.
This will mark the second straight season the Otters have opened their home schedule against the Kitchener Rangers. It is the sixth time in the Otters’ 30-year history that they have opened at home against their division rival.
All fans will receive a Home Opener Rally Towel. The team will announce further details about the home opener, including Fan Fest, at a later date.
The Otters will open the season at the Guelph Storm on Friday, Sept. 18, at 7:07 p.m.
