The Knights of Columbus LaSalle Academy Council 10729 received the icon of the Sacred Heart of Jesus for Sacred Heart of Jesus Church, 1101 Willow St., Peckville, for its novena and consecration Mass on Thursday, June 11, from 7 to 9 p.m. The Knights also gave the Rev. Andrew Kurovsky, pastor, and the church over 2,000 prayer cards and 1,000 holy hour prayer books for the Sacred Heart of Jesus Mass and novena. The Fourth Degree Knights will be in attendance at the Mass.
