Golfers, supporters and community members will have an opportunity to help local veterans while enjoying a day on the course this summer as the 8th Annual Tee It Up for the Troops Golf Event returns to Waterford.
The event is scheduled for Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Mound Grove Golf Course in Waterford.
Proceeds from the event will benefit wounded, ill and injured veterans and their families through the Veterans Miracle Center Erie (VMCE). Organizers say the annual fundraiser supports veterans from all branches of the military and all conflicts.
Community members are encouraged to get involved by becoming event sponsors, volunteers or donors. Organizers say the event is designed to honor, remember, respect and support those who have served the nation.
“Tee It Up for the Troops” is part of a national initiative that raises funds and awareness for veterans and military families while bringing communities together through the game of golf.
