WEST CHESTER, PA – The 6th Annual Golf Outing benefiting the St. Demetrios Greek Language School of Upper Darby took place on June 8 at the beautiful and private Penn Oaks Country Club in West Chester, PA. “It was a fun day full of great golf, awesome contests, delicious Greek food and more,” the organizers, John Ginis and Christos Tzimoulis, said.

“Our #1 goal is to make sure everyone has a great time while raising funds for a great cause,” they continued.

The event included prizes and giveaways, multiple contests, homemade Greek food throughout the day, a buffet dinner, silent auction, and Greek music.

Addressing the participants, they noted: “As the event organizers, we would like to thank you for supporting us these past few years and hope that you have enjoyed the outings as much as we have. With your participation and generosity, we have been able to raise money that has been used to maintain and improve the School facilities, technology and programs. We cannot thank you enough!”
