Tuesday night Erie City Council revisited a decision they made last month with a special meeting at City Hall.
This comes after just a few weeks ago, council unexpectedly rejected Erie Event’s proposed Market House construction project on the bayfront, turning down the project’s zoning request.
As of posting, we’re not sure what to expect from the meeting. Just weeks ago, the project was turned down in a 4-2 vote. That vote has completely halted Erie Events’ $14 million waterfront project.

Previously, council members expressed concerns over an excessive use of taxpayer funds, despite a grant from the Shapiro Administration funding $9 million of the proposal.
