WEST LAWN, Pa. — A brand new barber shop is open for business in Berks County.
Dillan Buffa got his start in high school — working out of his basement with a barber kit and YouTube tutorials.
Now, he has his own shop in West Lawn.
They cut the ribbon at Da Gallery and welcomed the community in to see the place.
Buffa is hoping to expand the shop further into a place where people can come and learn the craft — and a place where people can gather.
