The new license year will begin on July 1, according to the report.
“The 2026-27 seasons are full of expanded opportunities, including all hunting seasons being open on Sundays, with the exception of migratory game birds,” Stephen Smith, Pennsylvania Game Commission Executive Director, said.
The Commission said hunters can purchase their new licenses in person at county treasurer offices and any other commercial license issuing agent.
Licenses can be purchased online at Hunt Fish PA’s website.
