OBITUARY
Anna Boris, 95 of Archbald, passed away peacefully Saturday morning at home surrounded by family.
Born in Archbald, she is the daughter of the late Guido and Santina Castelli. A graduate and cheerleader of Archbald High School, she was a talented, self-taught seamstress taking great pride in the quality of her work. Her family will always remember her sweet spirit, kindness and patience. She is currently a member of Christ the King Parish.
Surviving are a daughter, Lynda Marchetti, Ann Arbor, MI; a son-in-law, John Dobrowski, Archbald; grandchildren: John, Steven and Kori Dobrowski and Katie, Ryan and Justin Marchetti; and great-grandson, Owen Loebs. She was preceded in death by her husband of 70+ years, Alex Boris; her daughter, Renee Dobrowski; her brother Ralph Castelli, and 2 sisters, Ida Rupp and Lillian Dean.
The funeral will be Wednesday with Mass at 10 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Christ the King Parish, Archbald. Interment will follow at St. John’s Cemetery, Jessup. There will be no public viewing.
