An elected Northampton County official accused of harassing his neighbors appeared in court Wednesday afternoon.
Bethlehem Township Commissioner Michael Hudak had his preliminary hearing.
He’s charged with stalking and harassment.
Hudak is accused of driving his riding lawnmower toward his neighbor while staring at him and giving the middle finger to his security cameras.
Hudak denies any wrongdoing.
