HELLERTOWN, Pa. – A destination for chicken wings, cheesesteaks, burgers and beer is bidding farewell in Northampton County.
Wings on Main Sports Bar & Grille, at 605 Main St. in Hellertown, is set to close permanently on June 28, according to an announcement on the business’ Facebook page.

“We appreciate our customers and friends that have supported us in the past 8 years,” the online announcement reads.
“As of Sunday June 28, 2026 we will be closing our doors at 8:00pm for good, to venture on.”
Owner Jay Tulio opened Wings on Main in July 2019 at the site of the former 1774 Grill & Tap restaurant, which closed in 2018 after roughly two years of business.
The Main Street building also was the longtime home of Mexican restaurant Ricardo’s Original Tavern House (formerly Pancho’s Villa), which closed in 2016 after nearly 50 years of business.

Tulio could not immediately be reached for additional details, and Wings on Main employees could not comment on the closing announcement.
The restaurant is continuing to operate Tuesday through Sunday until June 28, and all gift cards must be redeemed by that date.
Wings on Main is known for its bone-in and boneless wings, available in more than two dozen flavors, including mild, BBQ jerk, sweet n’ spicy, honey sriracha, horseradish hot and garlic Cajun honey hot.
Other menu highlights include appetizers such as crab fries, jumbo pretzels, loaded nachos and pierogies with onions; and a wide array of burgers, cheesesteaks, sandwiches and salads.

An $18.99 all-you-can-eat wing special is available on Wednesdays, and other weekly promotions include taco specials and $8 margaritas on Tuesdays; cheesesteak specials and $3 well liquor drinks on Thursdays; $1 off appetizers and $8 Long Island iced teas on Fridays; $1.50 off burgers and $5 Bloody Mary drinks on Saturdays; and $9 wraps and $5 Bloody Mary drinks on Sundays.
Hours are 4-9 p.m. Tuesday through Thursday, 4-10 p.m. Fridays, 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Saturdays and noon to 8 p.m. Sundays.
“Keep an eye open for a new addition to Hellertown at this location,” the business’ announcement continues. “Thank you again for the years of support.”
