WASHINGTON TWP., Pa. – Lehigh County Coroner Daniel Buglio has identified the 67-year-old man who died in a motorcycle crash in Washington Township, Lehigh County Monday night.
Buglio identified the man as Kenneth R. Derr.
Derr, of Washington Township, was pronounced dead shortly before midnight at the scene near the 3000 block of Welshtown Road, Buglio said in a news release.
Buglio said the cause of death is multiple blunt force injuries due to the crash, and the manner of death was ruled an accident.
The man was driving a motorcycle that lost control, left the roadway, and crashed, Buglio said.
The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office and Pennsylvania State Police are investigating.
