As the nation counts down to America’s 250th birthday, a festive celebration is set to bring community spirit and summer fun to Harborcreek.
“Party in the Park” will take place Wednesday, July 1 at Shades Beach Park, offering a scenic backdrop just steps away from Lake Erie. Organizers promise a family-friendly event filled with activities for all ages.
Guests can enjoy free ice cream along with a variety of entertainment, including games, crafts, face painting, and balloon art. Prize giveaways are also planned throughout the event.
Attendees are encouraged to show their patriotic pride by wearing red, white, and blue. Adding to the festive atmosphere, the Gem City Concert Band will provide live patriotic music.
With beachside views and a lineup of fun activities, organizers say the event is a great way for families and friends to celebrate community while looking ahead to the nation’s historic milestone.
