RICHMOND TWP., Pa. – The Occupational Safety and Health Administration says it’s investigating a workplace incident that left an employee seriously hurt last weekend.
Police say a worker at East Penn Manufacturing in Richmond Township lost both of his legs but is in stable condition.
They say the employee was performing maintenance in the smelter area when the accident happened around 6:30 Saturday morning.
Officials with East Penn say they have no further comment. The investigation is ongoing.
