Ann Elizabeth ‘Nancy’ Graham
OBITUARY
Our Lord opened up his arms to receive Ann Elizabeth Nancy Graham on Tuesday June 16, after an illness.
She was the daughter of the late Joseph Edward Graham Sr. and Alice Veronica Schneider Graham.
Born at home in the Petersburg section of East Scranton on November 22, 1938, where she lived until her passing, Nancy was the second born of five children.
Nancy enjoyed bowling, traveling and dancing in her younger years. She worked at National Pretzel until its closing and Supermarket Services until her retirement.
She was pre-deceased by her niece and Godchild, Theresa Alice Katorkas Donnelly; her nephew Joseph Edward McDermott; brothers-in-law James Paul Orr (Kathleen), John C. Katorkas Jr. (Theresa) and John Paul McDermott (Alice).
She is survived by her loving sisters Alice C. McDermott and Kathleen M. Orr; a niece Kimberly Ann Fron; her caregivers and her loving companion John (Butch) Sibio, Sr. of Dunmore.
She will be sorely missed by all her nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Immaculate Conception Church, Taylor Ave, Scranton, on Friday, June 26 at 10am.
The family will receive friends and family from 9am till the time of mass.
Interment will be private at St. Mary of the Assumption Cemetery, South Scranton.
Donations may be made to your charity of choice in Nancys name.
