HONESDALE
Dimeco Inc., the holding company of the Dime Bank, declared a cash dividend of 45 cents per share for the second quarter of 2026, bank officials said.
The dividend — payable July 23 to shareholders of record as of June 30 — represents a 3-cent, or 7.14%, increase over the dividend in June 2025, officials said.
Dimeco Inc. reported first quarter 2026 assets of $1.1 billion, loans of $846 million, and deposits of $981 million.
The Dime Bank operates nine branch locations throughout Lackawanna, Pike and Wayne counties.
