WHITEHALL TWP., Pa. – The Lehigh Valley’s largest shopping mall is abuzz with activity as it prepares to welcome several new tenants in the coming months.

The Lehigh Valley Mall, at MacArthur Road and Route 22 in Whitehall Township, is adding a Brazilian-American steakhouse, children’s indoor playground and variety of new retail stores to its lineup.

“We’re constantly striving to offer our shoppers new opportunities and are thrilled to continue our growth here at Lehigh Valley Mall with several highly anticipated brands joining our roster,” Lehigh Valley Mall General Manager Colleen Ansbach told 69 News.

“From Offline by Aerie, Pop Mart, and Nori Japan, to Texas de Brazil, Rowan, and more, these new additions beautifully complement our already diverse tenant lineup, bring fresh experiences to our guests and give our community even more reasons to visit.”

OFFLINE by Aerie

OFFLINE by Aerie, an extension of the adjacent Aerie store, will hold a grand opening on Thursday, June 25, on the mall’s upper level near the escalators.

Aerie, a popular fashion retailer and sister brand to American Eagle, is expanding into the space previously occupied by Waikiki, a teen and women’s fashion retailer that recently moved to the upper-level spot that And Pose Selfie Salon vacated.

The soon-to-be expanded location will feature Aerie and its sub-brand, OFFLINE by Aerie.

“OFFLINE by Aerie is activewear for your REAL life!” according to an online description.

“These leggings, sports bras, tops, workout dresses, skirts and more are made for movement. Soft is in our DNA: these pieces are made with the softest, luxe fabrics. OFFLINE is created for real good, too—so we offer pieces made with sustainable fabrics which support causes we care about. Good for you, good for the world!”

Pop Mart

On the mall’s lower level, the first Lehigh Valley location of Pop Mart, a market-leading character-based entertainment company and a global champion of designer toy culture, is targeting a mid-September debut, Ansbach said.

The new Pop Mart location will occupy an updated space that was previously home to Sugar Bear, a candy store now known as Sugar Dynasty, which relocated to a catty-corner space that most recently housed Francesca’s.

Pop Mart labels itself a “rising global force in pop culture and entertainment,” aiming to “celebrate daily moments and inspire through designer toys and fun experiences.”

Pop Mart has more than 500 stores in over 30 countries and regions, along with more than 2,300 roboshops and e-commerce.

“Our focus is IP incubation & operations, designer toys and retail, theme parks & experiences, also digital entertainment,” a company description reads.

“… We manage & represent incredible artists from all over the world. Our roster spans dozens of iconic characters, like Molly, Dimoo, Skullpanda, The Monsters, Hirono and more.”

Lucky Brand

Also coming soon to the mall’s lower level is a new location of Lucky Brand, offering men’s and women’s clothing and accessories.

The new Lucky Brand store is expected to open in mid-August and will operate on the mall’s lower level between Lovisa and Miniso, Ansbach said.

Lucky Brand previously had a brick-and-mortar presence in the Lehigh Valley with a former Promenade Saucon Valley store, which closed in March 2025 after 18 years of business.

A new location of Lucky Brand is coming soon to the Lehigh Valley Mall in Whitehall Township.

Lucky Brand was founded in 1990 with “a spirit of reinvention,” according to a company description.

Individuals can shop men’s and women’s fashions, including jeans, pants, shorts, skirts, dresses, sweaters, hoodies, blouses, camis, tanks, T-shirts and jackets.

“Rooted in premium denim, Americana and self-expression, our brand is for the free-thinkers and the optimists who don’t take life too seriously,” the description continues.

“For those who say, ‘take-me-as-I-am. Or don’t. It’s cool.’ In the beginning we experimented with vintage jeans, remixing the classic to create something new. Now we make denim AND lifestyle wares. Call it eclectic Americana for all. Our products portray personality through perfectly imperfect, often American-heritage inspired details that bring levity to any look, or situation.”

Lucky Brand has roughly 130 retail stores nationwide, including five other Pennsylvania locations, according to the business’ website.

Other regional Lucky Brand stores operate at King of Prussia Mall, Philadelphia Premium Outlets and Willow Grove Park Mall in Montgomery County; and Pocono Premium Outlets in Monroe County.

Texas de Brazil

A new dining option is also coming soon to the mall.

A location of Texas de Brazil, a Brazilian-American steakhouse brand offering a wide selection of flame-grilled meats carved tableside, is expected to open in early 2027 in a lower-level space near the mall’s main entrance, Ansbach said.

A location of Texas de Brazil is coming soon to the Lehigh Valley Mall in Whitehall Township.

Founded in 1998 as a family-owned business, Texas de Brazil is an authentic churrascaria (steakhouse) featuring a continuous dining experience that “combines the flavors of Brazil with the hospitality of Texas,” according to a company description.

Texas de Brazil has expanded over the decades to become one of the largest Brazilian-American steakhouse brands in the world.

Today, there are 54 Texas de Brazil restaurants in 23 states, one in Puerto Rico and 10 international locations in countries such as Qatar, Panama and South Korea.

Another Pennsylvania location operates in Pittsburgh.

Texas de Brazil’s menu highlights a wide selection of flame-grilled meats, including picanha, garlic picanha, Brazilian sausage, barbecued pork ribs, leg of lamb, lamb chops, filet mignon, flank steak, chicken breast wrapped in bacon, filet mignon wrapped in bacon, spicy sirloin, parmesan-crusted pork loin, parmesan drumettes and beef ribs.

Guests in Louisville can now enjoy flame-grilled meats sliced tableside accompanied by gourmet salad area items and sides!

All meats are cooked the “gaucho way” – over an open flame with natural wood charcoal, and complimentary house-baked cheese bread, garlic mashed potatoes and fried bananas are paired with each experience, according to the business’ website.

The brand invites guests to “savor traditional Brazilian churrasco cooking served with the generous spirit and hospitality that Texas is known for.”

The all-you-can-eat dining experience allows guests to use place cards to communicate whether or not they’d like more of something.

When the card is turned green, carvers serve up generous portions of sizzling beef, pork and other meats.

Topli Kids

For individuals seeking interactive fun for kids, a new indoor children’s playground, Topli Kids, is expected to open in late 2026 on the mall’s lower level near JCPenney, Ansbach said.

The new facility will occupy an updated space that previously housed Star Park Indoor Playground & Party, another indoor children’s playground that is transitioning to a larger location at the South Mall in Salisbury Township.

Prior to Star Park, the space was home to a variety of retail tenants, including Track 23 and Modell’s Sporting Goods.

Topli Kids is a “vibrant indoor family entertainment center designed for children under 10,” according to an online description.

“Our playground features imaginative play structures including slides, ball pits, climbing areas, and interactive themed zones,” the description continues. “We provide a safe, clean, and engaging environment where children can explore, play, and celebrate special moments while parents relax.”

Rowan

A final tenant coming soon to the Lehigh Valley Mall is Rowan, offering ear piercing services and jewelry.

The new Rowan location will operate at the mall’s outdoor lifestyle center and will be the brand’s first Lehigh Valley location.

Piercings are only performed by licensed nurses, who recommend special aftercare solutions to “heal happily,” according to Rowan’s website.

Additionally, all earrings are hypoallergenic and feature premium metals only. Individuals can choose from a variety of 14-karat gold, 24-karat gold, sterling silver, titanium and platinum pieces.

Rowan founder and CEO Louisa Schneider established the business in 2017 after becoming frustrated by the piercing options available to her own daughter at the time.

“Piercing parlors didn’t feel safe enough,” Schneider said in a statement on the business’ website.

“Pediatrician’s offices didn’t feel special enough. And the more I looked into the ear piercing industry as a whole, the more I realized how overlooked and outdated it really was — especially for something so meaningful. So I decided to change that. With a background in finance and a passion for building things that matter, I set out to reimagine ear piercing as both safe and celebratory. A place where medical standards meet joyful moments.”

More than 100 Rowan studios operate nationwide, and the forthcoming Whitehall studio will be its first location in the Lehigh Valley.

A target opening date has not yet been announced.

“L’Amour Visage will serve as our second location, offering really great facials,” the worker said. “The salon will be more of a service point, while our original location will be more of a sale and retail point.”

At L’Amour, individuals can shop a wide array of body care products, cleansers, exfoliators, eye care, masks, moisturizers, serum and more.

“At Introstem, we are devoted to providing skincare products that deliver tangible results,” a business description reads.

“Our balanced formulas are gentle yet effective, combining star ingredient grape stem cell extract with proven botanicals, antioxidants, and humectants. We believe that maintaining beautiful, healthy skin requires a three-pronged approach; targeting genetics, environment, and behavior.”
