OBITUARY
James Lees Jr., 75 of Scranton, passed at home on Saturday after an extended illness. He was married to the late Mary E. Godfrey Lees who passed in 2018. Born in Scranton to the late James Sr. and June Lees, he was a graduate of Scranton Technical High School and worked for many years at Scranton Sales and retired from R.J. Walker as a warehouseman.
He leaves behind his children, Amber Bagg and husband Timothy, Scranton, Joseph Lees Sr., Scranton, 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, and several siblings.
As per James request, he wished to be cremated and have no formal services. Arrangements under the care and direction of the Edward J. Chomko Funeral Home & Cremation Services, LLC, West Scranton.
