READING, Pa. – Reading City Hall has a delayed opening Thursday due to a water main break on the 800 block of Washington Street.
As a direct result of the break, water service has been temporarily shut off to City Hall while utility crews work to resolve the issue, according to a news release from the city.
City Hall will open to the public at 12:30 p.m.
