The Jefferson Educational Society has officially unveiled its lineup of speakers for Global Summit 18, highlighting a diverse group of influential voices set to take part in this year’s highly anticipated event.
The summit will kick off on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, with a keynote presentation by nationally syndicated radio host, law professor, and political commentator Hugh Hewitt. His talk, titled “President Trump, the MAGA Movement and 2028: What’s Next for the GOP?”, is expected to open the series with a timely discussion on the future of American politics.
This year’s summit centers on the theme “Celebrating USA at 250,” marking the nation’s upcoming semi quincentennial and exploring the country’s past, present, and future through a variety of perspectives.
In addition to Hewitt, the speaker lineup features several notable names across sports, politics, and academia, including Terry Bradshaw, Pro Football Hall of Famer and broadcaster, Geoffrey Hinton, pioneering artificial intelligence researcher, Nikki Haley, former U.S. ambassador and political leader, among several others.
Organizers say the event will include many additional distinguished speakers, offering a wide-ranging program designed to engage the community in meaningful dialogue.
Global Summit 18 will run from September 22 through November 19, 2026, continuing the Jefferson Educational Society’s tradition of bringing nationally and internationally recognized voices to the region.
