NORTHAMPTON CO., Pa. – Five area EMS crews worked together Sunday morning to rescue a person who may have suffered an injury. 

Northampton County Communications says the call came in around 10:06 a.m. for a person needing help near 233 Chestnut Hill Road and the South Mountain Preserve Blue Trail.

Witnesses say the victim may have fallen and injured a leg.

Crews from Salisbury, Emmaus, South Whitehall, Allentown and the Lehigh County Technical Rescue unit responded to the call.
