An industrial building in Hanover Township, Northampton County, that was part of a large real estate deal 2 ½ years ago was recently sold again.
According to county property records, commercial real estate investment and development company Denholtz Properties sold the property in May to GKI II Lehigh Valley, a limited liability company in New York. It is at 57 S. Commerce Way in Lehigh Valley Industrial Park IV.
The sales price was $11 million.
The building is 76,000 square feet and sits on about 7 acres of land. Several businesses operate in the building, including a gym, a golf cart manufacturer and an engineering firm.
Also in May, it was announced that GKI II bought 11 other Denholtz properties in Lehigh County near Lehigh Valley International Airport and along Interstate 78 in Upper Macungie Township for $61.5 million.
Northampton County records show Denholtz still owns the remaining portfolio. It made the initial mass purchase in January 2024.
