RICHLAND TWP., Pa. – A popular discount retailer is continuing to expand its footprint in the region.
A new location of Burlington, a national off-price retailer offering low prices on brand name merchandise for the entire family and home, will hold a grand opening on July 10 at 654 N. West End Blvd. in Richland Township, Bucks County, according to a news release.
The new Quakertown area store will be Burlington’s 43rd store in Pennsylvania, giving even more consumers access to Burlington’s wide variety of “wow” deals.
The store will operate 9 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 9 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
In celebration of the store’s opening, the first 100 customers, ages 18 and older, will receive a $10 Bonus Card to be used toward their purchase.

Additionally, Burlington will donate $5,000 to a nearby high-needs school through the company’s long-standing partnership with the national non-profit organization AdoptAClassroom.org. Funds will be used to provide students with classroom materials they need to learn and succeed.

The new Quakertown area location will occupy a Richland Marketplace space that previously housed a Staples store, which closed in September.

Other new local Burlington stores opened last year at the South Mall, 3300 Lehigh St. in Salisbury Township, Lehigh County: and 1015 N. Main St. in Warrington Township, Bucks County.
The new locations feature Burlington’s reimagined store design, which reflects Burlington’s broader strategy to modernize stores, “making it easier for shoppers to find the brands they know and love,” according to the release.
The new stores feature wider, more organized aisles and bold signage that allow for easier store navigation.
In 2026, Burlington plans to open 110 net new stores across the country, all featuring this refreshed format.
Over half of the brand’s existing locations have already converted to the new layout, with the balance of the stores expected to transition by the end of 2026.
Burlington locations offer an extensive selection of in-season, high-quality branded merchandise at up to 60% off other retailers’ prices.
Customers can shop fashion-focused women’s apparel, menswear, youth apparel, baby items, footwear, accessories, beauty and fragrance essentials, home decor, seasonal items, toys, gifts, coats and pet items.

At the Richland Marketplace, the new Burlington store is joining a diverse lineup of more than 20 tenants.
The shopping center, at the corner of Route 309 and Pumping Station Road, is home to other well-known chains such as Best Buy, PetSmart and Planet Fitness; and food and dining spots such as Frank’s Trattoria Italian Restaurant and the newly opened Little Orchids Kitchen & Bar and Playa Bowls shop.
A new location of Dollar Tree, a discount variety store chain with more than 9,000 stores in North America, opened earlier this year at the center.
