At around 10:20 a.m. on July 1, a collision between a Mail Carrier Truck and SUV occurred on Lake Pleasant Road just South of Interstate 90.
The SUV collided into the Mail Truck which sent it into the ditch. The SUV overturned with one individual inside.
According to reports the individual driving the SUV was transported to the hospital with minor injuries and the United States Postal Worker was not injured but was checked on by first responders at the scene.
The Postal Service had sent representatives to the scene to continue the route of mail delivery.
Both vehicles sustained heavy damage, and the State Police are currently investigating this incident.
