Philadelphia’s Franklin Fountain is celebrating America’s 250th birthday with limited-edition treats.
The historic ice cream parlor located at 116 Market Street is offering a Torch of Liberty Sundae, Liberty Bell Ice Cream Bars and a Fish House Punch Fizz while supplies last.
The Liberty Bell Ice Cream Bars feature Tanzania single-origin chocolate ice cream made in partnership with Shane Confectionery. The bars are molded in the shape of the Liberty Bell, dipped in Shane dark chocolate and filled with a cherry center.
If your thinking about grabbing the Fish House Punch Fizz. It is a nonalcoholic drink inspired by Philadelphia Fish House Punch. It is made with black peach tea, lemon and a secret blend of spices designed to evoke the flavor of spiced rum, then topped with seltzer.
According to The Franklin Fountain, Philadelphia Fish House Punch dates back more than 250 years to the Schuylkill Fishing Company of Pennsylvania
Then then Torch of Liberty Sundae features layers of lemon-lime sorbet, vanilla bean ice cream, mango sorbet, raspberry compote and fresh whipped cream served in a green torch-shaped cup.

The Franklin Fountain also announced a Bastille Day special. Creme de Lafayette, named after the Marquis de Lafayette, will debut July 14. The French-style ice cream is swirled with cooked raspberries and blueberries.
