Mr. Lee’s Noodles has reopened, more than a year after a fire forced it to close in Bethlehem.
The ramen restaurant at the Five10 Flats building at 512 E. Third St. began a soft opening about two weeks ago, co-owner Erin Shea told The Morning Call. It will expand to its full hours on Wednesday.
Those full hours, both for dine-in and takeout, will be 4-9 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday, 4-10 p.m. Friday, noon to 10 p.m. Saturday and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday.
A grand opening will occur in a couple of weeks after the restaurant finishes interior work, Shea added.
A fire that started on the roof of the building and closed the restaurant May 2025, led to water damage that forced wall and utility repairs.
