BETHLEHEM, Pa. – Two beloved holiday traditions in the Lehigh Valley have been nominated for awards.
Christkindlmarkt, presented by Univest Financial, has been nominated for Best Holiday Market in the USA TODAY 10BEST Readers’ Choice Awards and for Best U.S. Christmas Market by The Zoe Report, according to a news release from ArtsQuest.
ArtsQuest says fans can vote once per day for:
USA TODAY’s Best Holiday Market and for
The Zoe Report’s Best U.S. Christmas Market.
Voting for The Zoe Report runs through Nov. 12, while USA TODAY 10BEST voting ends Dec. 1, according to ArtsQuest.
ArtsQuest says that the PEEPS® Chick Drop at PEEPSFEST® has been nominated for Best New Year’s Eve Drop in the USA TODAY 10BEST Readers’ Choice Awards.
Voting opens Monday and runs through Monday, December 1. Fans can vote once per day for the PEEPS® Chick Drop.
Christkindlmarkt celebrates the season with items from over 200 artisans and crafters, live festive performances, and a wide variety of food and beverage options, ArtsQuest said in its news release.
Christkindlmarkt recently expanded, with its new Winter Wonderland.
ArtsQuest says people can shop both indoors and out, visit with St. Nick, and take family photos with large festive holiday decorations.
The annual PEEPSFEST® event, featuring the giant illuminated PEEPS® Chick, live music, family-friendly activities and fireworks, draws thousands each year to the ArtsQuest Campus at SteelStacks to ring in the new year, ArtsQuest says.
The winners for The Zoe Report’s Best U.S. Christmas Market, as determined by public vote, will be announced on Thursday, November 20.
The USA TODAY 10BEST Top 10 winners, as determined by public vote, will be announced on Wednesday, December 10 at noon.
