16-year-old suspect allegedly kills under-age male in Reading shooting incident | State

READING, Pa. – A 16-year-old male was the victim of a fatal shooting Saturday night in Reading.

Officials say the alleged shooter is 16-year-old Daniel Cruz of Reading.

Police have taken Cruz into custody. Cruz has been charged with criminal homicide and aggravated assault.

The incident occurred in the 1000 block of Windsor Street around 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
