Flood watch in effect | Severe storm threat builds

A Flood Watch begins at 2 p.m. today and lasts through Monday at 8 p.m. for South-Central Pennsylvania, where repeated rounds of slow-moving thunderstorms could bring heavy rain, flooding, and a risk for severe weather.
