Veterans seeking employment opportunities will have a chance to connect directly with local employers during the upcoming Erie Veteran Career Fair on July 25, at the Erie City Mission. The event will be held from 1:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. at 1017 French Street in Erie.
The career fair is being held in recognition of National Hire a Veteran Day and will bring together veteran-friendly employers and organizations looking to recruit talent from the veteran community.
Participating organizations include AmeriHealth Caritas Pennsylvania, Crossroads, Custom Engineering Company, Erie City Mission, Mellon Heritage Veterans Outreach & Wellness Campus, PA CareerLink, the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections and the Erie Veterans Administration.
