What to KnowA Flash Flood Warning is in effect for the Philadelphia region through Monday afternoon as storms continue to move through the area. A Flood Watch is also in effect until 8 p.m. Monday. A FIRST ALERT is also in effect for Philadelphia, the surrounding Pennsylvania suburbs, South Jersey and Delaware until 8 p.m. on Monday due to heavy rain, flash flooding and damaging winds.The flood threat is not as great as it was on Sunday night. Those heavy storms have moved out and we got a bit of a lull early in the morning.
