‘Wet Afternoon’ as Deluge Dampens South Pennsylvania

Scattered storms produced heavy rainfall and brought threats of flash flooding to southeast Pennsylvania on Thursday, July 9.

Footage here captured by Tony Lumbis shows the downpour in Morgantown.

“Steady rain falling and it looks like [it’ll be] a wet afternoon in store for Morgantown,” Lumbis wrote in a post to X.
