A Westmoreland County man scheduled to appear in court in Erie next week to face charges in a fatal 2025 boating accident on Lake Erie is facing misdemeanor drug charges in his home county following a raid July 8.
Derek Bold, 22, of North Huntingdon, was jailed on $25,000 bond in Westmoreland County following his arraignment July 8 on misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, according to court documents. A lawyer for Bold in the case was not listed on his criminal docket sheet July 9.
