An investigation is underway after a video circulating on social media appeared to show a deceased dog at a property in east Erie.
The video was posted to Facebook on Friday afternoon and quickly drew attention from concerned residents. Authorities with The ANNA Shelter’s Animal Cruelty Division confirmed they are actively investigating the situation.
According to the shelter, another dog was found at the property and has been taken into their care.
The circumstances surrounding the deceased dog remain under investigation, and no additional details have been released at this time.
