This was between 7:30 in the morning and 11:15, so anyone who is not protected against measles and was in that area during that time could develop symptoms as late as July. July 25th and right now measles have been steadily rising in Pennsylvania with over 105 confirmed cases so far this year. Lancaster County is leading the state with *** total of 63 cases this year. The state health department just releasing new data confirming as of today, state leaders, they say this growing outbreak is highlighting the need for vaccinations.
