READING, Pa. — The Reading Hospital Emergency Department got a sweet thank you from a local Girl Scout Troop Tuesday.
Troop 13-85 has donated boxes of Girl Scout cookies to the hospital for the last five years.
They say it’s to thank staff who cared for their troop leader after she went into shock in 2021.
The troop pledged to recognize the Emergency Department as long as the troop exists.
