ALLENTOWN, Pa. — A close call in Allentown Wednesday night where a tree fell on a house.
It looks like the tree landed on the porch of a home at 12th and Linden Streets.
No one was hurt, but that section of Linden Street will remain closed until crews can safely remove the tree.
Part of the tree is laying on a gas line, but officials say the line is in tact.
Strong storms moved through the region earlier Wednesday night, but its unclear at this time if that’s what caused the tree to come down.
A tree company has been called to the scene to help emergency officials clear the downed tree.
