Joseph Sandrowicz, a Boy Scout from Troop 21 Dickson City, recently completed his Eagle Scout Service Project. The project, a new bike repair station and air pump located at the West Lackawanna Avenue trail access in Olyphant, was designed by Sandrowicz and installed with his fellow scouts under his leadership.
This project will benefit the Lackawanna Heritage Valley Authority, giving trail users tools they need to repair bikes or other recreational equipment along the trail.
