A Pittston man was arrested on drug-trafficking charges Wednesday following an undercover buy-bust operation, according to city police.
Binneh Drammeh, 37, was arrested after allegedly selling cocaine in Pittston and surrounding areas on multiple occasions during the undercover operation.
Officers raided his home at 10 Cherry Alley on Wednesday and found “distribution amounts” of cocaine and marijuana along with drug packaging materials, police said.
Investigators arrested Drammeh on two felony counts of drug trafficking.
His girlfriend, 29-year-old Sarah Elizabeth Devereaux, was also arrested on charges alleging she obstructed justice and resisted arrest during the raid.
Magisterial District Judge Joseph D. Spagnuolo Jr. arraigned the pair on Wednesday afternoon and set bail at $100,000 for Drammeh and $25,000 for Devereaux.
They were being held at the Luzerne County Correctional Facility with a preliminary hearing scheduled for July 28.
