A Bethlehem apartment complex recently sold for $97 million to a Lancaster County-based property management company.
Boyd Wilson LLC acquired The Landings, just off Catasauqua Road on the city’s west side. The company manages more than 3,000 units in more than 35 multifamily and townhome communities, including six in the Lehigh Valley.
“This acquisition represents an exciting new chapter for Boyd Wilson,” said company President and CEO Craig Gingrich. “The Landings is an exceptional community with a strong foundation, and we are honored to welcome its residents and team to the Boyd Wilson family.”
Built in 1972, the Landings has 384 apartments among 33 two-story buildings ranging in size from 760 to 1,255 square feet with amenities such as a fitness center, business center, clubhouse, playground, swimming pool and 750 parking spaces.
Northmarq brokered the transaction. OneWall Communities, which acquired the complex in 2019, was the previous owner.
