NEW JERSEY (WFMZ-TV) — As wildfire smoke moves into New Jersey, air quality is being impacted.
Gov. Mikie Sherrill has instructed NJ Transit to provide KN95 masks at Newark Penn, Hoboken, and Trenton Customer Service offices while supplies lasts.
If you’re traveling and would like a mask, you can stop by a participating Customer Service location and ask a representative for help.
NJ Transit officials advises customers to monitor local air quality conditions and take any precautions that are appropriate.
