Two men have been arrested in connection with a gun investigation.
County detectives say the operation involved legally buying guns that were illegally transferred to others.
They say Joel Morales-Colon falsely reported a gun stolen when he actually sold it to Joymar Ortiz-Lugo — who legally isn’t allowed to own a gun.
Both men now face felony charges.
