Millcreek Township offices will still close at noon Friday despite the cancellation of the township’s Employee Association Picnic.
The township initially announced the early closure so employees could attend the annual picnic. However, a social post later confirmed the event has been canceled and will be rescheduled for a later date.
Even with the picnic called off, township offices will close at noon as originally planned.
Residents who need to conduct business in person with the township are encouraged to do so before noon Friday or wait until offices reopen.
Millcreek Township said normal business hours will resume on Monday, July 20.
No additional information about the rescheduled employee picnic has been released.
